The Supermoon's demon's. How to deal.

Holy wow!  The full moon Capricorn is giving us a lot to digest: anxiety, super crankiness, projection, conflict and yeah, the dark stuff that the horror stories scare us with.  I'm currently studying the History of Experimental Science as published by Columbia University (1938).  But before these books magically appeared in my life I've always known as it is above, so it is below.

Astrology has a lot to offer in terms of how to navigate the stars and planetary shifts.  If you'd like a full month's forecast for free, SUSAN MILLER offers an intense breakdown at the beginning of every month that will knock your socks off.  I say this as a fifteen year, very committed fan.  And I still don't know how she does it!  In addition to my fascination for this woman's spot on planetary predictions, for the past four years I've also been a devotee of Virgo Magic, a wonderful astro blog by Emily Trinkaus that politely details how to cope with the psycho spiritual and emotional eruptions provoked by movement among the zodiac. Right now, Emily talks about the Super moon in Capricorn and it's wobble effect (WE) that's penetrating our vibration until July 22nd.  READ MORE HERE.

While these two starry eyed sources arm me with tons of information to digest, over the years working with Blue Mountain and with handfuls of clients I've noted some serious and very significant trends with the cosmic movement that I'd like to present as 'para or supernormal' significance at this time.

Both super moons and eclipses have an such extraordinary effect on all things living and non that extend way beyond the regular teenage eye roll of full moon crazy.
From an early age, I recall my father (working at a psychiatric hospital) talk about how the full moon made the patients extra sensitive.  But the exceptional moons in my experience act as a portal times two for the paranormal and beyond tipping the scale of ghost, fairy (yes, I said fairy) and demonic activity.

As early as last Friday, July 11th myself and my clients began to feel the effects of the phenomenon associated with the moon's approach.  "Weird, vivid, morbid or stressful" are adjectives that handfuls of my associates have been describing their dreams.
Weather is stormy and chaotic.
Tension and anger from one man's aura is projected easily to another like a bad virus.  Look at your local news paper you'll see an significant increase in the police blotter.  Notice how many of your friends/family are calling to vent about dispute between lovers or loved ones.
Globally, war and a lack of love continue to rise.
As it stands, we are two years deep into what many astrologers believe to be the Age of Aquarius.  Since the cosmic shift began in 2012, millions of people's consciousness have been popping like jiffy pop, opening up to other people's "stuff".   One's unexpressed emotions and feelings are detected through aura osmosis if you will.  It's a very beautiful yet very dangerous thing.
There is a significant rise in mediumship, physic awareness and understanding oneself as an empath or intuitive creative.  However, for many who do not understand this cosmic shift or what's happening in and around them, they are becoming more confused, withdrawn and self medicating to deal with the cosmic pressure.
So one one hand with the planets and stars doing their dance in the cosmos, those who are opening to their new awareness in suit are surrounding themselves with the love, investigating spirituality, communing angels, light and light beings.  There is a beautiful movement of people living with kindness as fundamental human expression radiating the zen like concept of TAOA.
Where there is light will be the absence of light as well. This of course attracting any low level thoughts, actions, emotions and discourse among us.  With super moon's or eclipses evoking heavy, raw emotions like what we are seeing with the one taking place now the veil, lifts, stays open and let's the things unseen in.  Things?  Yep. The ones that dwell and feed off the low level energies (anger, sadness, frustration).  They pour in and feast if you will sometimes inviting their friends.

WARNING:  If you are experiencing heightened anxiety, nightmares, paranormal activity or you smell sulfur, keep reading.

If you are over anxious (insecure, agitated or angry) for no good reason or may you think you have several reasons: break the cycle.  First, you could be picking up on other people's stuff (dead or alive). You may have been for the past six to eight months and been unsure of why your good mood has suddenly turned sour.  Empaths are showing up one in every five people I do readings for. What to do?Run to the bathroom and wash your hands. Physically wash any negativity off of you.  See it swirl down the drain and leave your being.  What's better than washing your hands?  Shower, bathe or jump in the nearest water source to cleanse/free yourself of what's happening.   If for some reason you can't get next to or underneath water imagine a blue forcefield around you that nothing or no one can penetrate.  Breathe deeply.
For extra protection repeat this mantra: This is not about me.  I am safe. I am free. This is not about me.

Nightmares much lately? Keep a journal by your bed. The trick? The moment you start writing it's like a magic wand that erases the after effect that could leave you woozy or wondering for hours.  If you still feel like you need to ponder the late night personal movie show run it by a friend or two.  They may offer you a different perspective than the one that's keeping you in the 'freak out.'

Lights flickering?  Keys missing? TV turning off and on? Could just be a loved one (guarding your back door against the things that really go bump in the night) or playful Fairy. (Next weeks blog is all about fairies so stay tuned.)  Simply say aloud (or loudly in your mind) that you'd like to live peacefully and what or who ever is there is welcome to hang out so long as they can be friendly.
It's that simple.  Burn a white candle to set this intention physically.

And if you smell sulfur.... you did all of the above and the activity has increased: Burn sage.  Take a handheld mirror and or a Christian cross and walk around your house not asking but demanding what or whoever is visiting non peacefully to go now.  This is called clearing and quite popular even on regular full moons. You are and have the authority to stand firm in your life and order anything negative and unwanted away.  If you do not have the means or (balls) to do so, contact a local spiritual counselor or paranormal group who will most likely perform this service for free.

Look, I'm not trying to scare you.  What I am trying to do is educate you about the possibility and happenings in the cosmic and metaphysical arenas.  Since the dawn of time it's been noted that when that big flashlight in the night time sky shines so big and so bright things can get hairy.  So, with all of my experiences and especially the phone calls/emails coming in lately -  I'd like to extend a loving hand by arming you with some tools on how to deal with these kind of celestial interruptions.  I also want to let you know that should you have any questions or need advice on how to deal with the aforementioned, I'm certainly available to assist you and if I can't will refer you to one of my colleagues who can.

Stay calm and dance on my friends.
When you are light - you will reflect and attract light (and LOVE!)
In the chance that you are not in and around those of like mind - protect yourself at all times.

  1. Thank you so much for this post, lovely lady! I have been in the WORST mood for days and can't shake it--nightmares, too. I needed the reminder to stay calm and pull out the light. E-hugs to you! ~ Amanda

4 Reasons Why Badmouthing Others is BAD For YOU.

I was talking today with a friend about the importance of words.  How you use them, positively, negatively any which way.  Words are like weapons.  Once you put them out there, they are pretty much impossible to take back.  Sure you can say you are sorry but it doesn't wipe the blood and guts off the floor from the initial bullet wound.  Forgiveness is key, but let's be mindful of our words from the get.  Dig?

Here's a repurposed blog to go along with those thoughts.

Everyone gets hurt. No one is perfect. People mess up. Mistakes are made. But the cross you bare when you badmouth someone else's questionable deeds or good fortunes, their life advances or personal tragedies is a very heavy one.

When you engage in loose lip service per say "warning" peers or anyone within earshot about someone or someone's "drama" or perhaps you seem to regurgitate the pain someone has caused you over and over to friends, strangers, clients, family members....wel…

The Sum of all Jitters

Monday, I leave my precious, beautiful and sacred bubble of Jim Thorpe for New York City to embark on my first week of Kundalini Yoga teacher training.  This learning adventure will stretch over the course of the next eight months. It's something that has been pulling at my heart for the last five years in terms of spiritual and physical evolution.

And naturally with most new personal mega shifts or changes comes a tinge of fear.
Yes, it's normal.  Don't use my words against me. But the 17 year old who lives somewhere inside of me sits up, batting her eyes so that I take notice.  She thanks me for honoring our future. She is excited for possibility and for helping others, always. But she bites her lip "even though we've come so far regarding our body image, even though we've done so much self love/self esteem work over the years, I'm still scared to wear white pants."

And I feel her..

It's not because I stain every white piece of clothing I o…
