October Seance at Broney's Hotel

I’d like to invite you on an intimate & personal journey in my mediumship.

Bob agreed to meet me but I had to pass a test.
I had to meet him at Broney’s Hotel.

Bob didn’t believe in “my kind.”  He’s a “science guy.”
I wasn’t sure what “my kind” was.  But I needed to find out.

Walking around Broney’s Hotel, the very first time, I heard many voices.
“Get the Fuck Out!” An angry male voice declared in the basement.
“She’s going to tell all of our secrets.” A woman whispered on the third floor.

I shared with Bob what I was hearing.  He chuckled.
When we finished the tour he admitted what I said Blue Mountain Paranormal Society had previously recorded during an investigation.

Thus, Broney’s Hotel has been an integral understanding of my mediumship.
This building has so many layers of history and a handful of entities that have taught me: anything is possible

A woman named “Helen” attached herself to me without my knowledge.
I became very ill.  Shortly after Blue Mountain Paranormal Society learned a previous owner of Broney’s Hotel was named Helen. A few people have come forward to say that Helen was a White Witch with an extensive paranormal book collection and a reputation for ritual & table tapping.

Last October a handful of BMPS members & I held an unscheduled séance in the pottery room of Broney’s Hotel. Not only did this experience acquire the most incredible evidence caught in a short period of time but also more than one member of our group saw manifestation of a military man with his back to us.
During the séance, I asked “Helen” if it was her intention to hurt me with the wounds I endured. At that time a woman's laugh is recorded on our audio files.

Earlier this month, Blue Mountain Paranormal Society was asked to be at Broney’s Hotel for a taping of Ghost Detectives.
We were interviewed about our experiences. We took photos.
Looking closer of a picture taken of Bob Schaeffer & I you can make out a woman’s hand holding a pendulum over my head.   More than ten people have said that’s what they see when I show them the photo. This shot was taken the first week of September.
Only this past week, I noticed the hand.  I was - am - overwhelmed with emotion.

If you to want to participate and witness what happens next, I invite you to join me as I attempt to further communicate with “Helen” & the other residents of Broney’s Hotel.

I’m very serious about my learning experience and my mediumship.
Since joining Blue Mountain Paranormal Society my life has become nothing less than a paranormal adventure.
If you follow My Paranormal Blog it’s definitely nothing less than exciting!
More importantly, I am excited to bare witness to what takes place NEXT.
Broney’s and I have a deep history already.
Now, seeing what I have seen and living what I have been through
I understand how to walk between worlds a little more clearly now.

This October, at Broney’s Hotel I can’t wait to know even more.

4 Reasons Why Badmouthing Others is BAD For YOU.

I was talking today with a friend about the importance of words.  How you use them, positively, negatively any which way.  Words are like weapons.  Once you put them out there, they are pretty much impossible to take back.  Sure you can say you are sorry but it doesn't wipe the blood and guts off the floor from the initial bullet wound.  Forgiveness is key, but let's be mindful of our words from the get.  Dig?

Here's a repurposed blog to go along with those thoughts.

Everyone gets hurt. No one is perfect. People mess up. Mistakes are made. But the cross you bare when you badmouth someone else's questionable deeds or good fortunes, their life advances or personal tragedies is a very heavy one.

When you engage in loose lip service per say "warning" peers or anyone within earshot about someone or someone's "drama" or perhaps you seem to regurgitate the pain someone has caused you over and over to friends, strangers, clients, family members....wel…

The Sum of all Jitters

Monday, I leave my precious, beautiful and sacred bubble of Jim Thorpe for New York City to embark on my first week of Kundalini Yoga teacher training.  This learning adventure will stretch over the course of the next eight months. It's something that has been pulling at my heart for the last five years in terms of spiritual and physical evolution.

And naturally with most new personal mega shifts or changes comes a tinge of fear.
Yes, it's normal.  Don't use my words against me. But the 17 year old who lives somewhere inside of me sits up, batting her eyes so that I take notice.  She thanks me for honoring our future. She is excited for possibility and for helping others, always. But she bites her lip "even though we've come so far regarding our body image, even though we've done so much self love/self esteem work over the years, I'm still scared to wear white pants."

And I feel her..

It's not because I stain every white piece of clothing I o…
